Our Team

Paramount Home Improvements is one of the largest suppliers of conservatories, windows and doors in the North East and Cumbria region and we have our roots set firmly in the northern region, we've built our lasting success on customer satisfaction by providing first-class products at competitive and affordable prices.

The showroom and design teams

Enter anyone of our showroom sites and you will be pleasantly surprised at the greeting and no pressure welcome you will receive. You will be able to discuss your requirements in detail with our designers and we’ll finalise your design on computer and produce your free no obligation quotation.

The surveying team

To make absolutely sure things are correct before proceeding to manufacture your conservatory or uPVC double glazing, a professional and qualified Paramount Home Improvements surveyor will visit the site of your project to thoroughly check all measurements and identify any problems that could effect a smooth installation.

Once done, we will manage every aspect of the project from planning permission (where required) to installation and after sales service.

The manufacturing team

To make certain that your new home improvement product will give you first class performance and trouble free enjoyment for many years to come, our manufacturing products and systems have been subjected to and passed rigorous independent testing and inspection by nationally recognised institutions.

The building team

Our in-house building department handles all aspects of base preparation, like digging out foundations and laying concrete. They’ll arrive when we say, finish the job and clean up afterwards.

And you won’t have to worry about finding a plasterer or electrician, – they’re all part of Paramount Home Improvement’s team.

The conservatory, porch, garage conversion and orangery installation teams

Our skilled conservatory installers will arrive at your home with all the components of your project and rapidly complete the erection of frames, doors, and roof and fit the glazing. Our service engineer will visit a few days after everything is complete to make sure you’re totally happy.

The window, door and roof-line installation team

Whether it’s one window or door you’re having or a whole houseful, Paramount Home Improvement fitters will complete the job with the minimum of disruption and leave you with a beautiful, cosy and secure home.
